Based in Jersey, Heather is a member of the Board of Managers at Crestbridge Fiduciary and Chief Executive Officer of Crestbridge Family Office Services. Heather has over 25 years’ experience in the UHNW sector. She has worked with UHNWIs, their families and institutions to provide a comprehensive range of family office services to families and corporate clients based in multiple jurisdictions. Heather also has extensive experience in the management of client and intermediary relationships.
Heather worked in London for 11 years before returning to the Jersey in 2010, when she helped set up and develop a stand-alone office for a wealth management firm until she joined Crestbridge.
Heather is a lawyer by background and in this capacity, has previously advised individuals, intermediaries and trustees in relation to offshore matters. Subsequently, she became involved in assisting in the development of wealth management organizations, focussing on her strong relationships with advisors and their clients.
Heather has been named on ePrivateclient’s 50 Most Influential List for five consecutive years and Top 10 Leading Women Shaping the Private Wealth Sector in 2021. She was also the 2021 winner of Citywealth's Powerwomen Awards Woman of the Year - Director (Financial Organisation) and WealthBriefing European Awards' Women in Wealth Management (Company Contribution)in 2021 and winner of Female Leadership WealthBriefing Channel Islands 2022.
